I am a passionate and dedicated Personal Trainer. For the past 3 years I have continually strived to achieve a holistic outcome for my clients’ health journey, which initially began with myself.


I grew up competing in triathlons varying from sprint distance to half ironman. I competed at a national level throughout my school years and completed my first half ironman (1.9km swim, 90km ride, 21.1km run) by the age of 23.


Conquering this race made me realise my passion for fitness, nutrition and mindset, which in turn changed my career. Through diligence, motivation and my desire to succeed, I have transformed from a Personal Assistant to a Personal Trainer.


My ultimate priority is my clients’ health journey. My goal is to ensure that they enjoy and understand that it is a lifestyle filled with positive habits from regular exercise, better food choices and most importantly a strong and absolute relationship with themselves.


Being able to assist people in achieving their health and lifestyle goals, is what makes my work fulfilling. It is my passion to see people make positive and beneficial changes to their lives. Their look of self accomplishment and pride is why I love what I do.

Booking Form

Studio sessions will be held in Woollahra. However, I do like to mix it up and will schedule some of our sessions outdoors Sydney has an abundance of beautiful sites which can be utilised for activities such as sand sessions, stair climbs and hill sprints.


Sessions will be based around mobility, resistance training, cardio, circuit style and HIIT sessions (dependent upon each individual and their goals).
